Who Can Invest?
Due to SEC regulations, our investment opportunities are exclusively available to accredited investors. An accredited investor is defined as one who meets at least one of the following criteria:
- Income: An individual with an annual income of at least $200,000, or $300,000 combined with a spouse's income, in each of the previous two years and a reasonable expectation of the same for the current year.
- Net Worth: An individual with a net worth of at least $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence.
- Cash or Retirement Accounts: Investors may invest as individuals or on behalf of their retirement accounts such as the IRA, 401K and HSA.
